What's The New Year Has In Store?

Basically, any individual would seek for a happy year ahead with lots of good things happening, good job, good life, good friends, good encounters and the rest speaks the same way.

Being positive from the beginning of a new year brings in the positive energy, i guess.... hahaha....

Well, I'm not an exception! I'm looking forward to a splendid year too. Greatly hoping for 2011 to be a meaningful year for me. I've experienced some ups & downs in 2010, some bitter-sweet memories and some really happy moments which I still cherish.

My hubby who has been a pillar of my strength, has made me even more stronger. But I still need him when I'm lost in the world at times. Lols..... A superman who is always there for my rescue. My new year resolution is to be a good wife, good daughter, good friend and soon a good mother. I am falling in love with him again. Looking forward to a nice holiday with him for our wedding anniversary in Feb 2011. And next to be a good daughter. I love my parents a lot and without them I'm nothing! Still a small kid in front of them. Yipee!

A good friendship will always be forever. I hope to be a good friend to anyone who needs my help/advises or a shoulder to lean on. I'm always there. In return, I just expect some sincere and loyal friends to be with me for a lifetime. I'm willing to share the journey of my life with those good friends.

This new year shall bring in the descendants' luck and be blessed with good kids.

May the coming year bless us with great success, prosperity and happiness. Everyone deserves their share, so with the God's blessings,

Happy New Year, everyone.

Life Cycle (Part 1)

We came to this world empty-handed. A baby with full of expectations and unconditional love from its parents. How nice would it be if we can just rewind our life cycle and be a baby again! A cute little bundle of joy given by the God. Many have showered their love and cuddled us when we were an infant. We were too innocent and expect nothing but just their love, care and concern.

Though I could not remember my early days but I still can recall some incidents and people I have come acrossed when I was 5 years old. Those are really memories. From babies, we grow and become toddlers who needs great attention. Our parents have done an important role to nurture and educate us to be a better person. No words can describe our gratitude towards them.

My first day of school was a typical one, with teary eyes and lots of hatred. I did cried for a few days in school and once I've made new friends in class, I was the happiest person and all smiles. From then onwards, it was fun going to school. That was the first taste of friendship in my life.

Kids are always kids, they never meant any harm or had ill feelings towards people surrounding them. All they want is to play and get whatever they ask for. Such tender phase of life........

But why are things on reverse version when we grow older? I'm still confused and lost for words ........

The End of World Cup Fever 2010

After a month full of excitement, tense and late nights, it's finally over. With Spain emerging as the World Champions, they truly deserved the cup.

Their tactful ways of the ball possessions were simply mind-blowing. Holland did played a dirty game on the other hand, but still the Spaniards rendered their full strength into the game and conquered at the extra time at a 1-0 victory. Frankly speaking, I did not expect Spain to be in the Semi-finals and the shocking surprise is that they made it to the finals and got the grip of the World Cup.

As much of the game didn't turned into a goal-fest, overall the Spaniards' performances was worth watching.

The octopus was right after all.

The Best Age to Get Married

There are practical reasons for the mid-20s dividing line, and most of them are pressurized to two biggies: Education and Money. It always turn out, the more years of higher education a woman has under her belt on her wedding day, the lower the chances that she'll get divorced ... and by 25, she's more likely to have earned a degree or two. "Educated women tend to be more confident about who they are and less willing to settle for a man who doesn't meet their standards". Odds are that by 25 you're also supporting yourself, so there's less incentive for you to rush into marriage because you're seeking financial security from him.

But the marriage-related benefits of working and having money of your own go beyond feeling secure. Learning to budget your cash carefully when you're single will help you avoid financial problems which is one of the main causes of couple fights — for the rest of your life. And juggling responsibilities, dealing with differing personalities, and resolving conflicts shapes you to develop skills that are necessary for maintaining long-term love.
At age 25, you've had time for some crucial life experiences, including a relationship that may have improved your Mr Right. "You've probably dated enough to have a better idea of what you don't want in a man, which makes it easier to know what you can live with and can't live without". The most important aspect of waiting is that you'll know what your goals and values really are. Marriage is a lot easier if you two share a similar outlook on life. But given the choice, you might consider putting off the big day until your mid-20s or later.

Chewing gums causes wrinkles!!!

It freshens our breath and helps some to quit smoking, but some cosmetic surgeons believe chewing gum does one more thing: It gives us wrinkles!!!!!

While no studies have been done showing a link between chewing gum and wrinkles, the topic does come up with some regularity on beauty tips articles.

Experts attribute the gum-wrinkle connection to two things. First, there’s the repetitive motion of chewing, which causes lines and folds around the mouth due to muscle overuse. Chewing gum promotes muscle over-activity and potentially breaks down support tissue within the skin, contributing to volume loss and perhaps loss of skin elasticity. What's more, chewing gum can dislodge dermal fillers that people have injected into their faces to plump up their wrinkles. It actually pushes them out of the area and dissipate a lot quicker in gum chewers.
So ladies out there, please avoid the wrinkle-makers!

My Past, My Present, My Blog

It really amazed me when reading my older posts of my crazy thoughts. Seriously, blogspot has really helped me to share my views and given me a chance to pen down my thoughts, feelings, ideas and etc.

This blog was created on June 2007 and its nearing 3 years this June. I am pleased and happy to have my own space and a lovable blog. Though, I've been on and off from my blog for the past couple of months, I guess I'm ready to be back with a bang with regular updates and more interesting posts.

Its absolute fun reading the past and with this in my mind, I will make it a must to write more post in future.

Life is beautiful in many ways.........

I light a candle every night
Sending wishes to my angels above
To keep him safe, the man I love
Watch over him and show your light
Let him know
As I close my eyes to sleep
I am in his arms as I dream
I breathe his love, it is my air, my element, my world.
I know no other ambiance and I have no other dreams.
How rich my world is, how beautiful,
I'm alive within his love,
I just wanna tell him 'I love You' with all my heart.
Happy Valentine's day darling
